What a body transformation really means
A body transformation is more than losing weight. It is changing your body composition — losing fat and building muscle at the same time, so you look and feel completely different. This is often called body recomposition, and it is what Lashawn specializes in.
It takes the right combination of training, nutrition and consistency. On your own, it is easy to get one piece right and miss the others. With 1-on-1 coaching, every piece is planned, coached and adjusted as you go.
The ENVYS transformation plan
- Assessment — goals, history, lifestyle, movement screen and starting measurements
- Training — a personalized mix of strength work and conditioning, in private 1-on-1 sessions
- Nutrition — practical coaching from a Precision Nutrition (PN1) certified coach
- Tracking — regular check-ins and progress photos so you can see the change
- Accountability — someone who expects you, and keeps you on track between sessions

What to expect
Weeks 1–4: Foundation
Learn the key movements, build your routine and start your nutrition habits. Most people feel a difference in energy and strength quickly.
Weeks 5–12: Build
Training gets progressively harder and more specific. This is where visible changes usually start to show up in the mirror and in your clothes.
Week 12 and beyond: Refine
We fine-tune your training and nutrition around what is working, set new goals, and make sure your results are the kind that last.
"Envys completely changed my relationship with fitness. The coaching is world-class — knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in your success."

Frequently asked questions
How long does a body transformation take?
It depends on your starting point and goal, but most transformation programs are planned in blocks of around 12 weeks, with clear milestones along the way.
Can I lose fat and build muscle at the same time?
Yes — especially if you are new to strength training or returning after a break. The right combination of training and nutrition makes body recomposition very achievable.
What if I have an injury or health condition?
Let us know at your assessment and we will adapt your program. Lashawn is an FRCms mobility specialist, and we are happy to work alongside your doctor or physical therapist.
