Get stronger with a coach in your corner
Strength is the foundation of everything — how you move, how you look, how you age. But getting genuinely stronger takes more than showing up and lifting whatever feels heavy. It takes good technique, a smart plan, and the right amount of challenge each week.
That is what 1-on-1 strength training at ENVYS gives you. Lashawn coaches every rep, builds your program around your body and your goals, and progresses it as you improve.

What you will train
Programs are built around the fundamental movement patterns, then tailored to you:
- Squat and lunge — leg strength and stability
- Hinge — deadlifts and kettlebell swings for a strong back and posterior chain
- Push and pull — presses, rows and pull variations for a balanced upper body
- Carry and core — loaded carries and TRX work for real-world strength
You will use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, cables, TRX Suspension Training and bodyweight exercises, mixing compound lifts with targeted isolation work.
Progressive overload, done properly
Muscles get stronger when they are challenged a little more over time. Your program is periodized, which means the weights, reps and exercises change on purpose — building up, consolidating, and pushing again — so you keep progressing without burning out or getting hurt.
Strength for every level
Never lifted before? Perfect — you will learn to move well from day one. Experienced but stuck? A fresh program and expert coaching are often exactly what breaks a plateau. Lashawn's background includes a BS in Sport and Exercise Science and a mobility specialist certification (FRCms), so your training stays effective and joint-friendly.
Strength training also pairs naturally with our weight loss and body transformation programs.
"I came in wanting to get stronger. I left a completely different person — physically and mentally. The results speak for themselves. Best investment I've ever made."

Frequently asked questions
Will lifting weights make me bulky?
Building a lot of muscle takes years of very specific training and eating. For most people, strength training creates a firmer, more athletic look — and makes everyday life easier.
I've never lifted before. Can I still start?
Yes. Every program starts at your current level. You will learn the key movements with light weights first and build from there, with coaching on every rep.
How many strength sessions a week do I need?
Two to three sessions a week is a great place to start for most people. We will recommend a schedule that fits your goals and recovery.
